Came to Serve, and I don’t even play.

In this shoot, I wanted to capture the spirit of both discipline and freedom in tennis. As a sport that is as much about mental endurance as it is about physical agility, I felt compelled to create a piece that reflects the power and determination it requires to thrive in this arena. For this project, I spent about two hours in front of the lens, blending motion and stillness, with each shot symbolizing the balance between precision and flow that defines tennis.

The look is simple but impactful, drawing on the clean, sharp lines of the tennis court and the bold, striking movement of the game itself. I wanted to show the grace of athleticism but also its underlying intensity. This shoot isn’t just about the sport; it’s about the resilience we all tap into, whether we’re on the court or navigating life’s challenges. Every shot captures a moment of focus, a split second of commitment—just like tennis itself.
